This simple Flan de Coco is an easy dessert to prepare all year round with pantry ingredients!
The caramel sauce on top complements perfectly this Latino custard.
Preparation of the caramel:
1. In a pot, pour the sugar & water and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
2. It will take 7-8 minutes to become a golden caramel.
Preparation of the flan:
5. Pour it into oven dish, on top of the caramel.
6. Place your dish on a baking sheet & pour water into the baking sheet to create a water bath.
