Ingredients: - Potatoes - Sausage meat - Onion - Garlic - Butter - Milk - Grated cheese

Preparation: 1. Put a large pot of water to boil & peel the potatoes.  2. Finely chop onion & garlic, set aside.

Preparation: 3. In a hot skillet, pour olive oil, onion & garlic. Cook until soften & golden.  4. Add sausage meat & crumble it as it cooks until there is no more pink.

Preparation: 5. Once water is boiling, add potatoes cut in quarter & cook until tender. Once done, drain water & put the potatoes back into the pot.

Preparation: 6. Add milk & butter and using a potatoes masher, mash your potatoes.

Preparation: 7. Assemble shepherds pie but putting the meat in a baking dish.

Preparation: 8. Cover it with mashed potatoes. 9. Spread grated cheese on top & place in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
