Mini French Puff Pastry Pear Tarts are easy and prepared in 20 min!  A buttery & flaky crust topped with your favourite jam & juicy pears.

Ingredients:  - Puff pastry - Pears - Your fav jam - Egg yolk - Sugar (optional)

Preparation 1. Unroll the dough & cut into third part length wise & in half width wise.

Preparation 2. Spread a small teaspoon worth of your favorite jam on the puff pastry squares.

Preparation 3. Thinly slice the pears & place them on top of the jam.

Preparation 4. Mix egg yolk with a teaspoon of water & with a baking brush, brush the edges of the crust. 5. Sprinkle some sugar on the yolk (optional).

Preparation 6. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 min or until golden brown.
