Turkey patties
- 450 g ground turkey
- 1 shredded zucchini drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
Burger
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tomato medium to big
- 4 teaspoon fresh goat cheese
- 4 lettuce or kale leaves
Toppings: Caramelized onions, butter and pepper: See link above the recipe card.
With a grater, grate the zucchini.
Place the grated zucchini in a paper towel and squeeze out as much water as you can.
In a bowl, put the ground turkey, grated zucchini, salt and herbs. Mix well.
Build 4 patties of equal size.
Pre-heat the BBQ to medium.
On the bbq (or in a pan on the stove, it works too), place the 4 patties (I place it on top as mine is really strong). Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Set aside.
Assembling the burger
Take you 4 buns: spread some of the compound butter on the inside of the top bun and the bottom one.
On the bottom bun: Place the leaf of your choice and the patty.
Add the peppers and the goat cheese.
And finally, add the caramelized onions and the tomato.
Close your burger and ENJOY!
