Servings: 24 pieces
Calories: 103kcal
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 slices bread, crumbled or ¾ cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 or 3 tablespoon parsley, minced to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
In a big bowl, put all the ingredients together and mix well with your hands.
Start forming balls (size of a golf ball) until there is no meat left.
In a pan, cook (medium heat) until the meat balls are fully cooked. The outside will appear crunchy. (I do not add any oil or butter)
Another cooking suggestion: Cook in a tomato sauce, low heat, for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with pasta or vegetables.
