Best Flourless Almond Cake

Delicious & ready in no time, this gluten-free almond cake has the moist and chewy inside & a crispy outside.

Ingredients:  – 4 eggs  – ¾ cup sugar – 2 cups almond meal – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ cup butter – 1 handfull sliced almond

Preparation: Super EASY – In a bowl, whisk the eggs & sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla. – Add almond meal  & mix. – Melt butter. Add it to the mixture with the pinch of salt.

Butter your baking dish & pour in the mixture. Sprinkle the almond slices. Bake for 20 minutes at 400F!
