This homemade Bone Broth Instant Pot recipe is easy to prepare in the Instant Pot and full of flavour from a whole chicken carcass, turkey, or even beef.

Preparation:  Put your bones in the Instant Pot (IP), chop carrots, onions, & celery, and add some herbs for more aroma. You don’t need to spend time chopping nice and regular, just wash your produce and grossly cut them.

Preparation:  Fill with water up to the limit and add a splash of apple cider vinegar. Programme to ”Broth/Soup” for a pressure cooking time of 120 minutes.

Preparation:  Once the 2h are up, press the little valve on top to do a rapid release of the steam. Once unlocked, open the IP and wait a little for your broth to cool down. –

Preparation:  Get an empty bowl. Using a strainer & a ladle, pour the broth into a jar. Repeat until you are done. Discard the bones & the vegetables.
