Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 20 ml white wine
  • 2 teaspoon yeast 8g
  • 1 cup purpose flour 150g
  • 1 cup ham, diced 100g
  • 1 cup grated cheese, cheddar or 1 cup of grated cheese, cheddar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper optional to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, oil and wine.
  • Gradually, add the yeast and the flour. Keep mixing while pouring so there are so lumps.
  • Add the ham and cheese. Mix.
  • Add the salt and pepper/
  • Pour in a loaf pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 375F.
