Super Easy Yogurt Plum Cake
The Yogurt Plum Cake is a moist and delicious recipe featuring some juicy plums. Made with only 6 ingredients, this is a great go-to dessert for the whole family. Large bowl
8-inch pan, greased.
- 4 eggs
- 2 vanilla yogurt (100g each)
- 2 yogurt cups sugar
- 4 yogurt cups flour
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 plums
Pre-heat the oven at 425F.
In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them.
Then, add the yogurts and stir well until combined.
Add in 2 yogurt cups of sugar. Mix some more.
Then, add the 4 measures of flour. Incorporate well!
Now, melt the scooped butter and add it to the batter with the baking powder.
In a buttered oven dish, pour the batter evenly.
Wash the plum and cut them into quarters, place them on the batter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the center of the cake.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
