- 1 and ½ cup strawberries + extra for garnish diced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 can sparkling water or light-coloured soda of choice
- 10-20 leaves mint
- Ice optional
Wash all fruits.
Slice strawberries and lemon, add them each mason jar with the mint leaves.
Crush them directly in the glass. Use a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon.
Add ice if you wish.
Pour beverage of your choice and stir everything together.
Garnish with whole strawberries and slice of lemon.
