Equipment

  • 1 knife
  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 2 large glasses or mason jars

Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ cup strawberries + extra for garnish diced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 can sparkling water or light-coloured soda of choice
  • 10-20 leaves mint
  • Ice optional

Instructions

  • Wash all fruits.
  • Slice strawberries and lemon, add them each mason jar with the mint leaves.
  • Crush them directly in the glass. Use a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon.
  • Add ice if you wish.
  • Pour beverage of your choice and stir everything together.
  • Garnish with whole strawberries and slice of lemon.

Notes

  • Easy to make a big batch for a crowd
  • The sliced strawberries and lemon can be prepared in advance and stored in separate airtight containers in the fridge.
