Picadillo Pies
This is more an inspiration than a recipe...Using the leftovers from the Cuban picadillo, make this cute and delicious pies.

- 2 cups Leftover Picadillo
- 8 Pie shells 2 per person
- ¼ cup frozen green peas optional
- ½ cup Grated cheese of choice
Put a few green peas in each tart shells.
Fill out the shells with the Picadillo.
Sprinkle some grated cheese.
Bake in the oven 15 min at 375F.
Serve with some steamed veggies, a salad or a soup. Enjoy!
