Red Currant Jam

- 500 g red currants
- 250 g granulated sugar
Remove any leaf or mini branches from the red currants, wash them well.
Pour the red currants in a pot, add in the sugar.
Mix the sugar so all the fruits are coated.
Cook on low heat and stir often for about an hour. You will know it is cooked when you take some with a wooden spoon and it is dripping down. Drop by drop. It should NOT do a continuing drip.
Allow to cool down a little and pour it in glass container. Keep refrigerated.
