📖 French Chocolate Mendiant
Mendiant is a sinfully delicious dark chocolate disk topped with different type of nuts and dried fruits. Quick and easy to put together, the mendiant is a melted dark chocolate topped with nuts of your choice such as almonds, pecans, peanuts and dried fruits.

- 1 and ½ cup dark chocolate, unsweetened 200 g
- 1 handful almond sliced, whole etc
- 1 handful pecan whole or in pieces
- 1 handful shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1 handful peanut in pieces
- 1 handful raisins, cranberries or craisins
Set up your ramekins with the toppings listed above or the ones of your choice.
Prepare a baking sheet with a parchemin paper or a baking mat.
Cut the chocolate in small pieces. Melt it in the microwave for 20 secondes, mix and repeat until completely melted.
Using a tablespoon, make small disks and sprinkle with the toppings.
Repeat until done.
Set aside in a cool place for 2 hours to allow to set.
