Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 slices bread, crumbled or ¾ cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 or 3 tablespoon parsley, minced to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a big bowl, put all the ingredients together and mix well with your hands.
  • Start forming balls (size of a golf ball) until there is no meat left.
  • In a pan, cook (medium heat) until the meat balls are fully cooked. The outside will appear crunchy. (I do not add any oil or butter)
  • Another cooking suggestion: Cook in a tomato sauce, low heat, for 40-45 minutes.
  • Serve with pasta or vegetables.
