Make these mini classic strawberry and apple crumble ASAP!
A layer of tender & sweet fruits covered with a buttery crust made with almond flour (no oats) makes an irresistible and easy dessert.
Preparation of the topping:
1. In a mixing bowl, pour almond flour and butter, mix until it looks like wet sand.
2. Add sugar & flour, mix.
3. Add vanilla extract it will bind everything together.
Preparation of the fruits:
– Strawberries, wash, dry, & remove the stems. Cut in half.
– Apples: Wash, peel & cut the apple into small pieces (I cut an eighth in 4)
