Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 2 baby cucumber, sliced or half a cucumber
  • 3 tablespoon ginger, peeled and sliced or 4 if you like the flavour
  • 4 tablespoon mint, chopped packed
  • 1.5 liter water

Instructions

  • Wash all ingredients.
  • Using a knife and a cutting board, thinly slice one lemon. Cut the other one in half and using your hand or a hand juicer press, squeeze the lemon juice.
  • In a pitcher, put all the ingredients, stir well.
  • Put in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
  • Sip, drink, enjoy!

Notes

Tip: Add in the pulp of the lemon left on the hand juicer for my flavour. The water will be a little more cloudy looking.
