- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup ham diced
- 1 cup grated cheese your favourite one, I used Romano here
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch fresh pepper to taste
Pre-heat the oven at 400F.
In a bowl, mix the eggs and olive oil.
Gradually, add the baking powder and the flour. Mix until fully incorporated.
Pour the milk and mix some more.
Add the ham and cheese. Mix.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in a greased loaf pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cooled. Enjoy!
- Make it vegetarian by omitting the ham. Make it 2 or 3 cheeses for example.
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 72 hours.
